Friday 4th July |

| 5pm | Participants arrive on site |
| 7pm | Dinner available and campfire lit |
| Late into the night | Campfire |
Saturday 5th July |

| 8:15 - 9:15am |
Breakfast is served |

8:45am |
Minibus leaves for Oakwood |
| 9:30 am |
Coaches leave for the beach |
| 10am | Opening ceremony on the beach |
| 10:10am | Beach Games |
| 12:15 - 1:00pm |
Picnic on the beach with ’sand’wiches |
| 1:00 - 4:30pm | Afternoon Activities |
| 4:45pm | Coaches leave Swansea and return to site |
| 5:30pm | Dinner available |
| 7:00pm | Coaches leave for Barn Dance where a short EGM will take place on arrival |
| Midnight | Coaches leave to return to site |
