Breakfast is served

Minibus leaves for Oakwood
9:30 am

Coaches leave for the beach
10am Opening ceremony on the beach
10:10am Beach Games
12:15 – 1:00pm

Picnic on the beach with ’sand’wiches
1:00 – 4:30pm Afternoon Activities
4:45pm Coaches leave Swansea and return to site
5:30pm Dinner available
7:00pm Coaches leave for Barn Dance where a short EGM will take place on arrival 
Midnight Coaches leave to return to site

Sunday 6th July
00:01 – ??? Campfire
8:30 – 9:30am Breakfast is served
10am Activities/Reps Meeting
12:30 – 1:15pm Lunch
1:30pm Closing Ceremony
